Kiersten Schronce graduated from the University of Virginia in 2002 and received a doctor of physical therapy degree from Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of VA in 2007. After practicing in Richmond for several years, Kiersten practiced in New York City with a private clinic associated with Hospital for Special Surgery. Kiersten is excited to be back in her hometown again! She has been licensed by the VA Board of Physical Therapy since 2007 and the New York Board of Physical Therapy since 2011. She has a strong interest in and experience in treating sports related injuries and other orthopedic conditions in recreational and aspiring athletes. She has taken additional courses and training in biomechanics of the foot and ankle in runners and return to golf after injury and or surgery. She has experience working with younger athletes to include elementary school, middle school, and high school patients. Kiersten was a dancer with the School of the Richmond Ballet for 11 years and continues to take classes, and is a member of several USTA tennis teams playing competitively in the Richmond area.
