Testimonials

I was treated in an efficient, kind & thorough manner. I felt completely taken care of. It was a Sunday evening, when you least expect an issue to pop up and was grateful for the opportunity to be seen as opposed to dealing with the ER.
The whole experience was wonderful. I didn't have a wait time at all. They took me in for X-rays right away. The clinical staff and the doctor were patient and answered all of my questions. An MRI was ordered and they set me up for a follow up appointment. The day after I had my MRI I was called with results. The coordination of care is amazing.
A friend initially told me about Ortho On-Call. My son broke his femur at football practice. We went here instead of the ER because I knew he would be in good hands! We were treated with the utmost care! I would highly recommend your group and the PA was awesome! She took care of everything for us and guided us to Chippenham with a call ahead to triage so they knew we were coming to the pediatric ER. Can't say enough about how nice and caring they were to us in this emergency situation with our son's broken femur!
My son was the patient and we were both dealt with well. I really like being able to come in where orthopaedic injuries are what you treat, and all that you treat, so I don't get caught up in several hours of waiting at the hospital ER.
My mom had visited before and I was a patient once before at her referral. I felt like I was actually a person and not just a patient. I also felt like I wasn't rushed through the visit and the PA gave his full attention and answered all my questions. It was a very good experience.
Thanks for taking such good care of me and following-up to check on my status. The peace of mind, knowing that my injury was not serious (no breaks, tendon damage, etc.) was very helpful. Plus, I didn't have to wait in an ER & was able to get x-rays right away, without a referral. You provided very quick treatment time to me, as a walk-in customer without an appointment & I appreciate your extended office hours. I work for an insurance company and many of my clients use Ortho On-Call for workplace injuries.
Once I was called into the treatment area, I was immediately x-rayed, and received a diagnosis in minutes. I like the fact that I was treating so efficiently and that your waiting room is not filled with sick people who could be contagious with some transmittable illness as would be the case with a typical hospital ER. This concept of a dedicated orthopaedic ER is fabulous.
I just wanted to write a short note to commend the care my husband received recently at Ortho On-Call. Following an injury to his foot and ankle, we rushed over to Ortho On-Call, arriving at the dreaded 15 minutes prior to closing, at 8:45 pm. He was evaluated by a PA and her staff. They all were polite, professional and patient. They were unhurried, despite the fact that we did not leave nearly 10:30 pm. The PA reviewed my husband's radiographs with me and discussed his injury, with my husband and I, at length. We could not have been more pleased with his care and the attention of the staff.
