OrthoVirginia is pleased to announce Peter Helvie, M.D., and Matthew Riley, M.D., have joined the practice in Lynchburg, Virginia.
Dr. Helvie, a specialist in joint replacement, attended University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for his undergraduate education. He received his medical education from University of Michigan Medical School, completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Northwestern University, and did his joint reconstruction fellowship at Indiana University.
Dr. Riley is a pain management specialist who received his undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary. He obtained a medical degree and completed his anesthesiology residency at the University of Virginia School of Medicine. He completed his pain medicine fellowship at Duke University. Dr. Riley is also board certified in anesthesiology.
Dr. Helvie and Dr. Riley joined the practice September 19, 2022 and are accepting new patients at the Lynchburg office.
