Tim is a practicing Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has practiced his entire career in the greater Richmond area, and specializes in sports medicine rehabilitation, performance training, and injury prevention. He uses his unique experiences and dual licensures as a physical therapist and strength coach to improve on all aspects of human performance and movement. Tim is also certified in SPORTSMETRICS™ which was the first ACL Injury Prevention Program that was scientifically proven to reduce the risk of serious knee ligament injuries. To further assist in working with baseball players, Tim is currently working towards achieving his Certified Pitching Biomechanist certification through the North Carolina Institute of Sports Biomechanics. He currently uses 2-Dimensional video analysis with his clients for slow-motion assessment and corrective training for runners, overhead athletes, and golfers. Tim believes in providing challenging, individualized, and evidence-based progressive training routines so clients can achieve a higher level of performance and function.
