With a range of sports medicine experience at the Olympic, professional, collegiate and high school levels, Dr. Steven Reece specializes in the treatment of both overuse and traumatic orthopedic injuries in people of all ages. He is team physician for several local high schools, including Benedictine College Prep, Saint Gertrude High School, Highland Springs High School and Trinity Episcopal School, where he also served as assistant varsity basketball coach for the Titans. Dr. Reece’s appointments include Medical Director of the Sports Medicine Committee for the Virginia Independent Schools Athletic Association, Medical Director at Randolph Macon College, and Sports Medicine Consultant for the Richmond Ballet, as well as an Assistant Clinical Professor at VCU School of Medicine where he assists in the training of medical students and resident physicians.
