Kristi K. Gregory, MS, OT/L, CHT

Kristi grew up in Augusta County, Virginia where she enjoyed sports and many outdoor activities. After graduating from Lynchburg College and working for a few years she realized her passion for helping others to maintain independence and improve quality of life through strategies for minimizing pain during activities. Kristi pursed a degree in Occupational Therapy at Virginia Commonwealth University and developed an interest in upper extremity and hand therapy.

When not working, Kristi always enjoys a good laugh and spending time in nature with her family and friends hiking, walking her dogs, and paddle boarding.
