Unenroll in Paperless Statements

Desktop Instructions to Remove Paperless Statements
Follow the steps below to turn off paperless billing on your computer.
Step 1
Log into MyChart on your desktop or laptop.
Step 2
Click on the button in the upper left corner labeled Your Menu.
Step 3
From the dropdown, click the Billing Summary.
Step 4
At the bottom of the screen, click the link saying “cancel paperless billing”.
Step 5
Click the green button that says “Receive paper statements”.
Step 6
You will receive a confirmation screen.
Smartphone Instructions to Remove Paperless Statements
Follow the instructions below to turn off paperless billing using your smartphone.
Step 1
Log into MyChart on your smartphone.
Step 2
Click on the menu button in the center of the screen.
Step 3
From the dropdown, click the Billing Summary.
Step 4
At the bottom of the screen, click the link saying “cancel paperless billing”.
Step 5
Click the red button that says Cancel Paperless.
