MyChart is accessible to patients in Lynchburg and Northern Virginia
and is launching in Richmond, may 22nd!

(Patients will be able to make RX and appointment requests beginning June 1st)

MyChart Features:

With an established account, patients can log on for the following information:

  • Request medical appointments
  • Complete and submit your medical history questionnaire
  • Pay your bill
  • View your health summary from the MyChart electronic health record.
  • View your test results
  • Request prescription renewals
  • Communicate electronically and securely with your medical care team
  • Access trusted health information resources

Once you've made an appointment at OrthoVirginia, you will receive an email with your MyChart activation code. If you haven’t received an email, or your activation code is not working or no longer valid, please send an email to the OVA Epic IT Helpdesk



For your security, your activation code expires after 30 days and is no longer valid after the first time you use it. If you still have problems, email us at or you can call our MyChart Patient Support Line at 1877-701-6088.
