Jennifer Ott, MPT, COMT


Growing up as a competitive dancer, Jennifer was exposed to orthopedic injuries early on. After positive personal experience as a patient, she knew her career path would lead to physical therapy. Jennifer received her Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Michigan- Ann Arbor. She then moved on to the University of Delaware, known for its concentration in orthopedics, and earned a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy.

Jennifer's professional career started at Washington Hospital Center and Inova Fairfax Hospital, where she focused on orthopedic and trauma patients, but she joined OrthoVirginia in 2002 to focus on outpatient orthopedic recovery.    Jennifer has centered her continuing education around manual therapy and she is certified in both Integrative Dry Needling and Graston Technique.

Jennifer, her husband, and her two children live in northern Virginia and enjoy yoga, golfing, and cheering on the Michigan Wolverines!
