Laura Oxford, PA-C

Laura Oxford, PA-C has spent the entirety of her medical career in the field of interventional pain management, with a heavy focus on quality-of-life medicine. She enjoys providing patients with a “buffet” of options to help them get back to
living their lives with less focus on their acute and chronic pain conditions, and more focus on the things that bring them joy. Special interests include trigger point injections and teaching patients to read their own spine MRIs.

When not at the office, she can be found competing in Hyrox competitions, running half marathons, reading psychological thrillers, or hosting friends for dinner parties. Before joining OrthoVirginia in early 2025, Laura worked as a pain management and sports medicine PA-C in Los Angeles, CA.
