Lidia is a Physical Therapist with over 25 years experience in outpatient orthopedics. She enjoys using manual therapy techniques and functional therapeutic exercises to help patients recover and return to function following injury or surgery. She is also trained in treating patients with pelvic floor dysfunction. In her free time, Lidia enjoys family time, USTA tennis, cooking, and gardening.
