Plan your visit
To make your appointment as efficient as possible, please follow these guidelines:
- Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for traffic and paperwork, and to prevent long waits.
- Bring your insurance card, government-issued photo ID, and a list of any medications you are currently taking.
- Masks are optional. You are welcome to wear a mask, and if you ask the staff and providers who work with you will wear a mask as well.
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows access to your injury or area in pain.
- Bring any splint, brace, or other types of medical device you may have for your injury.
- Due to severe allergies of patients and staff, please do not wear scented perfumes, colognes, or lotions to your appointment.

Landmarks
Directly across the Route 60 from Westchester Commons, it’s two buildings down from St. Francis Watkins Center.
Coming from Route 60, take the third exit on the roundabout.
Parking
Free parking lot available. Parking is temporarily impacted by parking lot expansion work. Some spaces in the parking lot are currently blocked off as additional parking spaces are added to improve accessibility for patients and staff. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to create a better parking solution for our patients and staff.
Finding your way
- For all appointments except for MRI, use the main entrance.
- For an MRI appointment, use the separate entrance on the far left of the building.
