OrthoVirginia’s Tysons Corner MRI provides an MRI for OrthoVirginia and other orthopedic patients in a convenient location.

As we expand and enhance our facility, construction is currently taking place in a portion of our center. MRI services remain fully available during this time.

To ensure uninterrupted access for our patients, we are temporarily utilizing a state-of-the-art mobile MRI unit located conveniently onsite. Our temporary MRI suite provides the same high-quality diagnostic imaging, professional care, and commitment to patient safety you would expect from the center. Your examination will continue to be performed by our experienced MRI technologists and interpreted by our trusted radiologists. While your MRI experience may look a little different during construction, the quality of your care has not changed.

We appreciate your patience while we make the improvements and look forward to welcoming you into our newly enhanced imaging space soon.

Plan your visit

To make your appointment as efficient as possible, please follow these guidelines:

  • Plan to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for traffic and paperwork, and to prevent long waits.
  • Bring your insurance card, government-issued photo ID, and a list of any medications you are currently taking.
  • Masks are optional. You are welcome to wear a mask, and if you ask the staff and providers who work with you will wear a mask as well.
  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows access to your injury or area in pain.
  • Bring any splint, brace, or other types of medical device you may have for your injury.
  • Due to severe allergies of patients and staff, please do not wear scented perfumes, colognes, or lotions to your appointment.
