To make your appointment as efficient as possible, please follow these guidelines:

  • Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for traffic and paperwork, and to prevent long waits.
  • Bring your insurance card and government-issued photo ID.
  • Masks are optional. You are welcome to wear a mask, and if you ask the staff and providers who work with you will wear a mask as well.
  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows access to your injury or area in pain.
  • Bring any splint, brace, or other types of medical device you may have for your injury.
  • Due to severe allergies of patients and staff, please do not wear scented perfumes, colognes, or lotions to your appointment.

Clinic is on the Bon Secours St. Mary’s Hospital campus in Medical Office Building West.

Parking

Parking is currently limited due to the hospital expansion. Free valet parking is available at the front entrance of the building on weekdays 7:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Using the valet parking is optional.

Please allow additional time for parking before your appointment. If you would prefer not to use the valet parking or have an appointment when it is not available, you may park in the parking lot next to the building or in the free parking garage across the street. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

  • Look for signage saying OrthoVirginia or St. Mary’s MOB West.
