Services

Ortho On Call Sees and Treats Patients For:

  • Injuries from minor slips, trips, falls and sports injuries
  • Bones – simple fractures/breaks
  • Sprains – stretched/torn ligaments
  • Strains – stretched/torn muscles or tendons
  • Joints – swelling, pain, dislocations
  • Minor hand or finger injury

In cases of life-threatening injury, please go straight to an emergency room. Ortho On Call also does not treat chest injuries, including rib injuries.

Plan your visit

To make your appointment as efficient as possible, please follow these guidelines:

  • Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for traffic and paperwork and prevent long waits.
  • Bring your insurance card, government-issued photo ID, and a list of any medications you are currently taking.
  • Masks are optional. You are welcome to wear a mask, and if you ask the staff and providers who work with you will wear a mask as well.
  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows access to your injury or area in pain.
  • Bring any splint, brace, or any other medical device you may have for your injury.
  • Due to severe allergies of patients and staff, please do not wear scented perfumes, colognes, or lotions to your appointment.

  • For general appointments and Ortho On Call orthopedic urgent care, park in front of the building.
  • For therapy and MRI appointments, park in the lot behind the building.

Finding your way

  • For general appointments and Ortho On Call orthopedic urgent care, enter through the main doors.
  • For therapy and MRI appointments, enter through the sliding glass doors in the back.

Driving directions

  • Follow the hospital signs to the intersection of Atherholt Rd and Langhorne Rd.
  • Turn down Atherholt in the direction of the CVS and go until the street dead-ends.
  • Office is the last building on the right.
