Plan your visit

To make your appointment as efficient as possible, please follow these guidelines:

Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for traffic and paperwork, and to prevent long waits.
Bring your insurance card and government-issued photo ID.
Masks are optional. You are welcome to wear a mask, and if you ask the staff and providers who work with you will wear a mask as well.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows access to your injury or area in pain.
Bring any splint, brace, or other types of medical device you may have for your injury.
Due to severe allergies of patients and staff, please do not wear scented perfumes, colognes, or lotions to your appointment.

Clinic is on the Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center campus in Medical Office Building 4.

Free parking lot available.

The entrance to the building faces away from the hospital.
Clinic is in suite 200.
Physical therapy is in suite 100, in the second set of sliding doors just before the elevators.
Occupational therapy and hand therapy are in suite 200.

From I-295, take Exit 38 for Meadowbridge Road.
- From I-295 North (coming from the I-64 airport area), take Exit 38B Meadowbridge Road.
- From I-295 South (coming from the I-95 area), take Exit 38A Meadowbridge Road.
Go to the second stop light and turn right to get onto the hospital campus; you will pass a pond.
Keep to the right at the roundabout and turn into the first parking lot on your right at the OrthoVirginia building.
