Plan your visit

To make your appointment as efficient as possible, please follow these guidelines:

Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for traffic and paperwork, and to prevent long waits.
Bring your insurance card, government-issued photo ID, and a list of any medications you are currently taking.
Masks are optional. You are welcome to wear a mask, and if you ask the staff and providers who work with you will wear a mask as well.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows access to your injury or area in pain.
Bring any splint, brace, or other types of medical device you may have for your injury.
Due to severe allergies of patients and staff, please do not wear scented perfumes, colognes, or lotions to your appointment.

Office is in the building across from Mellow Mushroom.

Park in the parking garage and bring in your ticket for validation.

Office is on the second floor in Suite 224A.

From the Elevator:
- For Clinic appointments: Exit the parking garage elevator on the second floor and go straight past the stairs. Go to the door to the right of the Real Life Dental entrance.
- For OOC and Physical Therapy appointments: Exit the parking garage elevator on the second floor, turn right, and go down the hall.

From the Stairs
- For Clinic Appointments: Take the stairs to the second floor and the OrthoVirginia entrance will be on your left next to the Real Life Dental entrance.
- For OOC and Physical Therapy appointments: Take the stairs to the second floor and go down the hall to the right.
