Finding the answers you need about your bill, managing your account, or making a payment doesn’t have to be confusing, overwhelming, or time-consuming. We collected some resources and info to help make the process go more smoothly.

Pay your bill online

You have two secure methods to view, download, print, and pay your bill online: the payment portal or MyChart.

Using payment portal

You can make payments quickly and easily online at pay.orthovirginia.com.

Using MyChart

If you have MyChart, you can sign in to view, download, or pay your bill online using a checking account or credit card.

Alert: Third-Party Payment Sites

We want to remind you the safest and most secure way to pay your OrthoVirginia bill online is through the payment portal or MyChart. Use the links above to make your payments.

Please be alert to third-party companies who market online bill payment services but are not OrthoVirginia. These companies will take your payment, charge you a service fee and ultimately pay OrthoVirginia. Their payment schedule to OrthoVirginia may take 30 to 90 days causing you to inadvertently be identified for collections.
