Almas Abbas, MMSc, PA-C

Almas has been practicing as a physician assistant in orthopedic surgery since 2006. She moved to the DC area in 2008 and joined OrthoVirginia shortly after. She enjoys building relationships with her patients, allowing her the opportunity to assist in their acute injuries as well as long-term management of chronic conditions. She loves performing injections, assisting in surgery and treating sports injuries. She is a sports fan who loves all DC sports (especially the Caps!) as well as anything Carolina blue. She also enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two daughters, checking out the amazing local restaurant scene, and traveling.
