Bone bruises, ankle sprains, and a painful low back strain from his high school football days are what first introduced Dave to physical therapy. The dramatic progress made during his own rehabilitation sparked his interest in the field. His first-hand experience of the transformative capability of physical therapy care inspired him to attend James Madison University and earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, with a minor in Biology. After gaining experience as a physical therapy technician, Dave went on to pursue his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at The George Washington University.
Following graduation, Dave moved to Memphis, Tennessee to work for an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic. But, the pulls of family ties, and his close friendships in the area drew Dave back home to Northern Virginia. He specializes in manual therapy and utilizes a holistic approach to help patients meet their movement goals.
Outside of the clinic, Dave enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball and frisbee, cooking, reading, and rooting for all the DC sports teams.
