Ortho After Hours brings patients emergency care for orthopedic accidents and injuries that occur outside normal business hours.

The goals of our Ortho After Hours clinics are to provide:

• Improved access to specialty orthopedic care for patients, injured athletes, those injured at work and referring physicians
• Certified orthopedic physician assistants (PAs) to evaluate, treat and establish a plan of care in conjunction with an OrthoVirginia physician specialist
• Cost-effective after-hours orthopedic care

Immediate care is provided in our Ortho After Hours clinics for the following injuries and conditions:

• Suspected fractures
• Sprains and strains
• Sports-related injuries
• Acute onset low back and leg pain
• Acute onset neck and arm pain
• Tendonitis/bursitis

Walk-ins are welcome at all Ortho After Hours clinics! Locations and hours of operation are listed below.

Insurance/Payment

The cost of an Ortho After Hours visit is considerably less than an emergency room visit and is covered by those insurance plans that currently participate with OrthoVirginia.
